Here are the Top Movies and Shows Streamed Right Now in the U.S.

With the ongoing Coronavirus pandemic keeping many under lockdown, there’s no better way to spend your time at home than streaming films and television series online.

According to new data from streaming aggregator Reelgood, Netflix is currently championing the streaming industry, making up 31.5 percent of the market in a survey of 2 million people in the U.S. More impressively, eight out of the top 20 shows being streamed in the nation belong to Netflix, a much higher number than any of its competitors. Amazon Prime Video comes in second place with 24.7 percent of the market, while Hulu follows in third with 18.6 percent. Disney Plus stands atop HBO and HBO Max, with 6.1 percent and a combined 5.2 percent.

  2. Inception – 8.6 percent
  3. The Platform - 6.7 percent
  4. Knives Out - 5.7 percent
  5. Extraction - 5.2 percent
  6. Avengers: Infinity War - 4.9 percent
  7. Joker – 4.6 percent
  8. Once Upon a Time in the West - 4.6 percent
  9. The Dark Knight – 4.5 percent
  10. The Matrix - 4.5 percent
  11. The Good, the Bad, and the Ugly - 4.5 percent
  12. Train to Busan - 4.3 percent
  13. Ad Astra – 4.3 percent
  14. Onward - 4.2 percent
  15. The Shawshank Redemption - 4.1 percent
