Pharrell to Executive Produce Unscripted Netflix Gospel Series 'Voices of Fire'
Scheduled to release this 2020.

Pharrell will be executive producing an unscripted Netflix series entitled Voices of Fire, set to release this 2020.
According to reports, the show will focus on Bishop Ezekiel Williams, Pharrell’s uncle who is a revered musical genius in the region of Hampton Roads, Virginia, and his group of influential gospel leaders as they scour to form an important gospel choir. The new members will be “undiscovered talent” and of all ages, ethnicities and backgrounds, with Bishop Williams and his team believing that the choir’s different backgrounds will give their collective voice a greater meaning.
Mimi Valdés of I Am Other will also serve as executive producer, alongside Arthur Smith, Frank Sinton and Bianca Barnes-Williams.
Voices of Fire arrives just shortly after reports of Pharrell and Kenya Barris‘ Juneteenth movie musical on Netflix, plus their live stage musical about the holiday.
