Sublime and WACKO MARIA Link up for Vivid SS20 Capsule
Marking the second project between the two labels.
WACKO MARIA and Sublime are back with another round of starkly printed goods. The two labels have come together for a concise lineup of graphic T-shirts and colorful Hawaiian shirts, following their previous, equally boisterous, FW20 capsule.
The Hawaiian shirts come in three distinctive designs with a variety of bold colorways like purple, orange, brown, black and white. One noteworthy piece has a print of a series of cut-out flyers, photographs and artworks, strewn together in a wild collage-like manner. Like other button-ups in the range, the shirts feature a slightly boxy fit for a loose and relaxed look.
The rest of the capsule is made up of five white T-shirts with different graphics: a big center logo, a small chest logo, a print of a wrestler, another of a person in prayer and an anthropomorphized depiction of the sun, of which works in psychedelic images of a mushroom, half a skull and a swiss army knife, to mention a few motifs.
