Chief Keef Delivers Drill-Tinged "I Thought I Had One" Music Video
Produced by SahBeats.
Chief Keef has unveiled a brand new track titled “I Thought I Had One,” alongside an accompanying music video — just three months after releasing his charged-up banger “2nd Day Out.”
The track is laced with an ominous drill beat, made up of pounding bass drums and ghoulish piano riffs offset by Sosa’s laid-back flow. Measuring at a little over two and a half minutes, the music video reels through cuts of Sosa and a friend hanging around a big house and riding at night in a bright yellow Lamborghini SUV. Keef pens an assembly of lines in the style of his usual street talk, like “Ridin’ like a player, b*tch, I used to do it careless / Rest of the gang blows up, young airheads” and “Got a Tommy for the Jerrys / It will turn yo’ tooth blue, so don’t be tryna pair with me,” delivering both wit and humor to the song’s dynamic sound.
