ASICS Memorializes Delayed Tokyo 2020 Olympics With "Multi Crossing Pack"
A colorful collection of sneakers and apparel.
Despite the Tokyo Olympics being rescheduled to 2021, the games will still be called the 2020 Olympics. As such, ASICS‘ new “Multi Crossing Pack” will remain relevant even in 2021 with its bold splashes of color and all-over “TOKYO 2020” prints.
Three footwear styles, a T-shirt, scarf and backpack inform the collection, which is officially licensed by the games committee. A GEL-Quantum 360 TYO and GEL-Quantum 90 SD sandal are available for the adults, while a Lazerbeam MD-MG is realized in children’s sizes, allowing the entire family to get in on the bright, logo-rich footwear designs. Neutral white helps break up the streaks of primary colors while reinforcing a feeling of optimism appropriate for the event.
Accompanying the sneakers is a matching T-shirt, scarf and backpack, each realized with ASICS technology. For instance, the bag is packable and has surprisingly deep storage, while the shirt is crafted from a sweat-wicking and quick-drying textile ideal for summer.
