Tel-Aviv musician Rejoicer, frequently known as Yuvi Havkin, released his latest project Spiritual Sleaze via Stones Throw Records on Valentine’s Day. The multi-faceted album utilized the producer’s multi-genre expertise to present an eclectic offering that effortlessly floated through jazz, hip-hop and ambient soundscapes. It’s the type of project that fits right into the Stones Throw universe. Now he has debuted his Spiritual Sleaze Live EP consisting of “Third Eye Jungle Run”, “Aura Sight” and a music video for “Choco & Bun.”
Back in February the artist premiered his hallucinatory “Lemons” music video with HYPEBEAST, released with the suggestion to practice some mindfulness while watching. With the live renditions from his new project, Rejoicer recorded with jazz drummer Amir Bresler and his brother Nomok. During the live sessions, video director Ben Kirschenbaum documented the trio’s performance. “Choco & Bun” is the final installment following living room offerings of “Aura Sight” and “Third Eye Jungle Run.” You can watch the previous two visuals below.
