PUMA Details Sleek Black Cell Venom With Contrasting Stitches
A stylish iteration of the 1998 sneaker.
PUMA has unveiled a brand new iteration of its Cell Venom. Following its shiny One Piece collaboration, the footwear label has opted for a blacked-out rendition of the silhouette this time around.
Most of the uppers are dominated by smooth black full-grain leather, sporadically embellished with pops of contrasting white top-stitching throughout the body. Tonal “KING” branding is embroidered at the top of the tongue, followed by flat laces that cover the forefoot. Besides the heavy detailing on the body, like threaded outlines of PUMA’s sidestripe logo, the shoe’s backstay and toecap are kept clean, with stitches appearing just around the edge of the panels. All of these features rest above a tonal rubber midsole, equipped with PUMA’s hexagonal CELL technology for optimal comfort and stability.
PUMA’s Cell Venom “Black/White” is currently available on atmos’ website for $157 USD.
