PUMA celebrates and pays homage to its founder Rudolf Dassler, with the aptly named “Dassler Legacy Collection,” a footwear release featuring some of the most well-known sneakers from the brand’s rich archive.
Rudolf Dassler founded PUMA in 1948 and more than 70 years later, the brand still continues to be at the forefront of the footwear industry. Shoes that were once made solely for sport have been reissued for the collection, a tribute to the history of the brand and the classics live on.
Silhouettes from the track, court and the streets have been revamped for this Spring/Summer 2020 lifestyle collection, all crafted using premium leathers. The range includes the Fast Rider, Sky Lo and Mid, Capri, Mirage, Ralph Sampson Lo and Mid, Oslo City, and Roma ’68. All silhouettes come decked out in an all-white upper and off-white sole unit, with pops of red, blue or green setting off the design. Finishing off each sneaker is a special-edition gold lace tag.
This special heritage collection will be available from the PUMA web store starting June 5.
