Marni Rejoins PORTER for Collaborative Digital Pop-Up Store
A host of past bag styles are on hand for a limited time only.
Italian luxury label Marni and Japan’s PORTER have enjoyed a long-lasting collaborative partnership, with over 14 joint efforts under their collective belts. For the first time ever, the duo have prepared a digital pop-up sale, offering fans an opportunity to shop new items and a selection of re-issued archive styles.
A best-selling series in Japan, the Marni x PORTER series employs the fashion house’s signature whimsy to update, refine and tweak PORTER’s unbeatable bags, most notable in the color-packed patterns that grace the various helmet bags, totes, pouches, wallets and backpacks. Abstract shapes, stylized camouflage and layered stripes enliven the utilitarian accessories, nearly all of which are crafted from PORTER’s favored nylon fabric and bolstered by premium touches that include leather pull tabs.
Visit PORTER’s website to shop the limited edition pop-up selection, with a limited edition “Biscuit House” from the Marni Flower Café — complete with dustbag — included with purchase while supplies last.
Meanwhile, PORTER recently issued collaborative JET bags with WACKO MARIA and imagined specialty knitwear storage for John Smedley.
