Dior Crafts Sculptural Transparent Boots Inspired by Daniel Arsham
Sturdy and artsy.

Dior continues to deliver its Daniel Arsham-inspired Spring/Summer 2020 collection, which has lent artful interpretations of sneakers, T-shirts, accessories and more. For its latest release, the French label has offered up a sturdy pair of combat boots, which are constructed of transparent rubber throughout for a new-age look and feel.
Sticking to the classic boot silhouette, the Italian-crafted style is made with a lace-up closure in the front that’s featured in white for a monochromatic aesthetic. The midsole is designed with jagged cuts around the edge for a sculptural composition, while a chunky tread sole gives it a sturdy foundation. It’s finished off with a tonal Dior logo on the lateral side for branding.
Dior’s Transparent High-Top Rubber Boots are priced at $650 USD and available to shop now at 24S’ website.
Utilizing translucent details has proven to be a popular footwear trend in recent seasons. In March, for example, Maison Margiela added a clear bounce sole to the usual derby silhouette for a fresh upgrade.
