Pop Smoke Posthumously Earns First Platinum Record For "Dior"
Selling over 1 million units in the United States.

The late Pop Smoke has earned his first-ever platinum record, with “Dior” officially selling more than 1 million units in the United States.
The news comes less than two months after the track also posthumously gave him his first solo entry on the Billboard Hot 100, opening at No. 49 in late February with 5.2 million streams.
“Dior” first appeared on Smoke’s 2019 debut mixtape Meet the Woo as a promotional single, then again in his followup Meet the Woo 2 as the third single and a bonus track.
Despite his untimely passing, friends of the beloved drill rapper are doing their best to keep his legacy alive. Shortly after his death, Smoke’s manager Steven Victor revealed that he’s working on a documentary for the late artist, along with the setup of his foundation. 50 Cent also decided in March that he will be executive producing Smoke’s posthumous album, but release dates for all these projects are yet to be announced.
Pop Smoke’s “Dior” has now sold over 1 million units in the US.
