Smino Shares Surprise Mixtape, 'She Already Decided'

St. Louis rapper and singer Smino has delivered a surprise new mixtape titled She Already Decided. Uploading the project to an early 2000s-looking website, the futuristic post-genre artist initially expected to deliver the project at 4:20 p.m. CST, dropping the collection of tracks slightly behind schedule. The 16-track effort is currently available for download via SmiTransfer.com, and can be streamed via SoundCloud below. She Already Decided is Smino’s first mixtape since 2013’s Retail, as well as his first full-length offering since 2018’s studio album, NØIR. 

In a statement about the project, Smino shared:
