Patagonia Crafts Breathable Duckbill Caps From 100% Recyclable Fabric
Featuring prints like “Spoonbills” and “Pollen Confetti.”

Patagonia is merging outdoor comfort with running breathability with its selection of colorful Duckbill Caps. Ranging from solid black and “Mango” orange to patterned “Spoonbills” and “Pollen Confetti,” the headwear are Fair Trade Certified™ sewn from 100% recyclable nylon.
Each cap features a white mesh exterior with a printed or solid fill crown and brim. With its light material, the cap can fold and pack easily, then rebound to its original shape. An adjustable rear buckle has an elastic for a more personalized fit, while a dark underbill is built into the hat to reduce glare and eyestrain. Inside the cap is a low-profile sweatband made from 100% recyclable Capilene® Cool Trail fabric for moisture and temperature management.
Patagonia announced last month that the company plans to shut down all of its operations, which includes closing all of its stores and halting online orders. In the meantime, check out the hat designs on Patagonia’s website.
