Inspired by Durant’s love of funk music, the “Funk” combines the green shades from the KD 13 “Chill” with a print reminiscent of the KD 13 “Hype.” This wild assemblage features several flowers and leaves interwoven with opulent gold chains, a mix that nearly covers the entirety of the upper. Contrast is provided by a green and pink Swoosh that dips down on the midfoot, green tongues, and black heels/collars. Midsoles are dressed in green as well, with a pop of red surrounding Durant’s #7. Double-stacked Zoom is stuffed in the forefoot for a responsive feel, with a red oval on the green outsole demarcating its placement.
