JJJJound Teases New Balance and Reebok Collaborations
Fresh takes on the New Balance 992 and Reebok Club C from the Montreal design mavens.

JJJJound has taken to Instagram to tease its first major collaborative projects of 2020: New Balance 992s and Reebok Club Cs. With an inherent knack for elevated simplicity, Justin Saunders‘ Montreal-based brand has put forth many appealing footwear collaborations — besides New Balance and Reebok, it’s also worked with with Vans and Victory Sportswear. Therefore, this duo adds more cards to an ever-growing Rolodex of desirable releases.
A lone shot of the 992 shows a two-tone green suede upper, calling upon a mossy green for the base and a dark, swampy greenish-gray shade for accents. The look is brought together by cream laces and a two-tone cream/white midsole with ABZORB cushioning. This marks JJJJound’s second New Balance collaboration after 2018’s 990v3.
Meanwhile, the Club C seemingly takes inspiration from JJJJound’s first Reebok collaboration: a white/gray vintage keyboard-inspired style that released in 2019. Here, the gray is traded out for a light tan tone, though the retro foam tongue and soft, shaggy sockliner appear to return.
Release dates and pricing information for the JJJJound x New Balance 992 and JJJJound x Reebok Club C have yet to be revealed, but both are expected to arrive later in the year.
