BAPE Thailand Celebrates Fifth Anniversary With Exclusive Collection

BAPE Thailand is celebrating its fifth anniversary with an exclusive camo-clad collection. The imprint has recently been unveiling a flurry of celebratory capsules around the world with its global flagships, like BAPE Hong Kong’s 14th-anniversary range or BAPE New York’s 15th-anniversary lineup. The label’s Thailand store is joining in, emblazoning its vibrant collection with a special camo pattern and a numeric “๕” Thai symbol.

Encompassing a hoodie, a pair of shorts, a mousepad and a bold series of graphic T-shirts, the assemblage sees a variety of key staples that have been embellished with bright colors over monochromatic base fabrics. One noteworthy piece is a shark hoodie with an asymmetrical design. Set over a sleek black foundation, BAPE’s star logo appears at the right half of the piece across the sleeve, complemented by “WGM” branding at the hood and a “BAPE STORE BANGKOK” motif near the hem. In contrast, the left side features a bold camo print colored in gold, red, blue and white, while an orange tiger tail is placed at the left side of the hood.

Another highlight is a graphic pocket tee that comes in black and white colorways. The aforementioned Thai symbol is placed at the front of the piece over the upper left chest pocket. The back features a print of BAPE’s logo, framed by a candy-stripe patterned wreath that’s detailed with the aforementioned camo, the words “BAPE STORE BANGKOK 5TH” and a red ribbon at the bottom. Other pieces like the mousepad and additional graphic tees round up the celebratory collection.
