Doja Cat Performs "Streets" in a Pool of Milk for Vevo LIFT

Doja Cat makes a splash by performing her single “Streets” live in a pool of milk. Fully embracing her endearing feline persona, the LA-artist collaborated with Vevo’s LIFT platform which promotes emerging artists and was named as its first act of 2020.
Opening with an overhead shot of the singer/rapper, she serenely dances to the R&B track in a pearl-adorned swimsuit while portraying her powerful vocal skills. Set to a pink backdrop with a calming Turrell-like installation, the Vevo team describes the setting as “what’s probably our most ambitious studio build to date for a LIFT performance.”

“Streets” is part of Doja’s 12-track sophomore album Hot Pink which was released at the end of last year. Since then, singles like “Boss Bitch” off the Birds of Prey soundtrack and her video for “Say So” have been showcasing her compelling eccentricity and versatility as an artist to watch.
