After prepping for Spring nights with its eighth SS20 drop, Sk8thing and Toby Feltwell’s Japanese imprint Cav Empt has returned with a bevy of new options that continue to highlight its retro-futuristic underpinnings.
This week sees a variety of new mid-layer and light-outerwear options coming into play, with the immediate highlights this week being the Taped Panel Zip Sweat, Velvet Pullover Shirt, and Solid Seam Jog Pants. The Taped Panel Zip Sweat is offered up in a cotton raglan construction, which features polyester sleeve patches and herringbone taping in blueish tones, finished with a silver-tone metal zip and welt pockets on the front. The Velvet Pullover Shirt is offered up in iterations of either green or black overdyed cotton, with contrast ribbing found on the sleeve and cuff. The last highlight is the subtle Solid Seam Jog Pants in overdyed beige or black, with the intricately paneled construction revealing exposed seams throughout.
Other pieces this week include the Wave Stripe Anorak and Chino Shorts set, Overdyed Flight Long Sleeve T-shirt, two vibrant takes on the Stripe Stand Collar Sweat, the Cav Empt-exclusive MD TheTotalObject T-Shirt, In-Pat cargo-styled trousers, and a NASCAR-esque Supermercado Cap in red and green.
