adidas Golf Announces Sustainable PRIMEBLUE Collection

With the PGA Player’s Championship teeing off this week, adidas Golf has teamed with Parley for the first time to create a sustainable PRIMEBLUE collection. Bringing the fight to end ocean plastic waste to the golf course, PRIMEBLUE footwear and apparel offerings are each made of over 70% high-performance recycled polyester yarn.

Footwear is front and center, with adidas Golf’s new CODECHAOS silhouette leading the charge. Knit uppers take on a crisp white tone with a healthy dose of interwoven blue and orange flecks providing flair. The blue piece and lateral outrigger are both accented by wavy blue threads. A crisp blue Three Stripe graphic appears on the lateral midfoot while the medial midfoot is left unbranded. PRIMEBLUE text hits on the tongue and heel tabs finalize the upper half. Down below, a full length BOOST footbed and toothed outsole combine for top-tier comfort and support, while colored rubber tread on the forefoot adds a final pop of flair.

Four pieces of apparel are present as well: two polos and shorts for men, plus a sleeveless polo and skort for women. These offerings are centered around a light blue shade, and match the CODECHAOS‘s oceanic hues for a head-to-toe look.
