Nike's Offline Mule Just Dropped in a New "Anthracite/Electro Orange" Colorway
Consider these the go-to for WFH and R&R.
As a result of the world being forced to remain indoors as much as possible given the deadly effects of the pandemic, there’s been a huge uptick in demand for slip-on footwear. Nike has been one of the brands to capitalize on this, especially with its Offline mule which has just surfaced in a new “Anthracite/Electro Orange” makeover.
Its color composition is fairly straightforward and focuses on uniting darker neutrals with vibrant accents. Up top, the mesh base, synthetic shroud, and mid-foot strap are also wrapped in an “Anthracite” hue. Hints of “Electro Orange” follow suit on the branded logos on the tongue tabs and toe boxes, as well as on the strap banners and heel tabs. Midsoles are dyed to match that of the base layer’s primary tone, while the outsoles deviate with a gum brown coat to usher in some lifestyle-inspired flair.
Moreover, the insoles of this N. 354 offering feature beaded textures for ample quarantine comfort and contrast with a Pepto Bismol-esque pink.
Nike has yet to drop these on its own web store, but other retailers like BSTN have them available now for €120 (approx. $147 USD).
Elsewhere under the Nike umbrella, a Nyjah Free 2 inspired by LeBron James has surfaced.
