CLOT and Jordan Brand Expand Familiar Terracotta Theme with Air Jordan 14 Low Collaboration

Edison Chen and Kevin Poon‘s CLOT is fond of using recurring themes on its Nike and Jordan Brand footwear collaborations — ranging from silken uppers to terracotta warrior-inspired detailing and color schemes. Now, CLOT has prepared an Air Jordan 14 Low that falls into the latter category and serves as an apt follow-up to 2018’s terracotta-styled Air Jordan 13 Low.

Equipping a familiar “Sepia Stone/Terra Blush/Desert Sand” colorway, this low-cut Air Jordan 14‘s upper’s key detail is provided by a brown suede midfoot and heel, textured in traditional terracotta style and secured with tan thread. The lateral quarter’s standard shield graphic remains, but is wiped of all branding to further the design’s artifact-inspired ethos.

Heels supply a black rubberized build, with throats and collars alike taking on a sandy tan suede. The left shoe’s tongue swaps out its standard Jordan branding for a CLOT spellout. Brown and clay midsoles, a bronze TPU midfoot shank and brown outsoles complete the look.

Though an official release date has yet to be announced, the CLOT x Air Jordan 14 Low is set to debut in early 2021. It will also reportedly be accompanied by a similarly-styled Air Jordan 35, though images of this purported pair have yet to be revealed.
