Big Sean, Jhené Aiko and Ty Dolla $ign have dropped off a music video for their collaborative track “Body Language.”

Directed by child., the accompanying visual pays homage to a series of iconic rom-coms from the ’90s. Sean Don and Aiko take on the roles of Justice LaRue (Janet Jackson) and Larry “Lucky” Knight (Tupac Shakur) from Poetic Justice, Darius Lovehall (Lorenz Tate) and Nina Mosley (Nia Long) from Love Jones and Bernadine “Bernie” Harris (Angela Bassett) from Waiting to Exhale. Meanwhile, Ty Dolla $ign mostly appears performing in blue-tinted scenes but also joins the bachelor party from The Best Man. 

“Body Language” is a cut from Big Sean’s latest full-length record, Detroit 2. The album opened at No. 2 on the chart, and its Nipsey Hussle collab “Deep Reverence” is currently in the running for Best Rap Performance at the 2021 Grammys.
