Lil Tjay Drops Melodic New Cut "Move On"
Set to appear on the Bronx rapper’s upcoming sophomore effort.
Lil Tjay has dropped off a music video for his latest single “Move On,” which is set to appear on his upcoming sophomore album.
The slow and melodic cut hears the Bronx native touch on a relationship that doesn’t seem to be healthy for either one of them. Lil Tjay can be seen working at a movie theater and acting in an old-timey film as he explains what his partner could lose if she allows him to leave, telling her, “Girl, I don’t want you to think I wanna change / I will move on / Don’t make me move on.”
“Move On” will appear in Lil Tjay’s second studio album, scheduled for a 2021 release. The 19-year-old’s debut record True 2 Myself dropped in October 2019 and opened at No. 5, and was certified platinum this September.
