Young Dolph Delivers Trippy CGI-Heavy Visual for "Juicy"
From the Memphis rapper’s joint ‘Dum and Dummer’ project with Key Glock.
Memphis rap veteran Young Dolph had yet another solid year thanks to his collaborative effort with fellow Tennessee artist Key Glock in their expansive 22-track Dum and Dummer LP. The album even had enough room to feature a few solo tracks and stayed true to that regional Memphis sound while expanding on the building blocks of one of the most underrated cities in modern hip-hop music today thanks to a sense of humor and self-awareness throughout. Now Dolph returns with a trippy and comedic visual for his solo cut “Juicy.”
The video sees Dolph running into an old classmate going through a tumultuous breakup while outfitted in an Urkel-esque ensemble. What follows is a CGI-heavy collage of 50-story tall women, camouflage helicopters and an array of different cityscapes glittering with lens flares and an oversized full moon. The project also followed Young Dolph’s stellar Role Model LP that flexed collaborations with Snoop Dogg, Offset, Kash Doll, Key Glock and his actual mother Moma Gabbana.
