Cactus Plant Flea Market and SPIDER Celebrate Yams Day 2020 With Exclusive Merch

To commemorate Yams Day 2020, AWGE has invited a few friends to contribute exclusive merch to the fifth edition of the annual event. Encompassing tees, foam fingers and even a duvet cover, the collection unites imagery of A$AP Yams with special tees from Cactus Plant Flea Market and Young Thug’s SPIDER.
Every iteration of Yams Day sees AWGE bringing together friends and fans in memory of their dearly-departed peer, and 20202 looks to be no different. The forthcoming event is also set to include a spate of items both reverential and playful; these include foam middle fingers, candles, Yams-themed variants of Milton Glaser’s legendary “I HEART NY” tees and “WAVY BONE” bandanas, complete with matching shirts.
In honor of the festivities, SPIDER is serving up a slim long-sleeved pink tee emblazoned with a rendering of Yams on the front and its own logo on the rear — complete with dangling spider accent on the left arm — while Cactus Plant is prepping two different shirts, each sporting “IN LOVING MEMORY OF STEVEN “YAMS” RODRIGUEZ RIP” verbiage and an illustration of Yams’ birthmark on the front.
Pick up tickets for Yams Day on Ticketmaster’s site, where the merch will exclusively drop on January 17.
