Nike SB Dunk Low Pro Appears In "Shadow" Colorway
Shades of 2005’s “J-Pack” releases.

After Spring 2019’s “Pine Green” colorway, Nike SB is expanding its SB Dunk Low Pro “J-Pack” offerings with a new “Shadow” colorway. All “J-Pack” Dunks draw color-blocking inspiration from Jordan Brand‘s famed Air Jordan 1, making this “Shadow” style a straightforward nod to the OG AJ1 makeup of the same name.
Uppers combine a tumbled leather base with soft-yet-sturdy suede overlays. Most of these pieces are dressed in black, but contrasting grey accents appear on the toebox, midfoot Swooshes, and laces. This color-blocking scheme is undeniably familiar — it’s been in use ever since the Dunk Low‘s first “Royal” J-Pack release back in 2005.
Grey branded hits are present on the tongue and heel badges, with grey laces tying the upper together both literally and figuratively. Each insole is equipped with a Zoom Air unit loaded into the heel for impact protection. A white midsole and classic grey Nike Dunk outsole finalize the look.
The Nike SB Dunk Low Pro “Shadow” is currently sold out at international retailers like 43einhalb but will make its way to American stockists like The Berrics’ Canteen in the coming weeks, with an MSRP of $95 USD.
It’s not a Dunk, but Virgil Abloh was recently spotted in a new Off-White™ x Nike Air Force 1 with the lacing system from his recent Dunk collaboration during Louis Vuitton’s FW20 “Heaven On Earth” runway at Paris Fashion Week.
