Starting at the top of the sneakers, deep blue highlights are placed at the tongue and upper rear quarters, contrasted against the rest of its black body. Sticking above the tongue and heel are thin ripstop pull tabs, followed by small leather eyelet panels at the forefoot. Accented near the heel is a light purple mini-Swoosh, followed by wavy rubber ridges appearing throughout the sidewalls and extending over the forefoot. Furthermore, the toecap has been equipped with a protective waterproof coating. All of these details sit above a dark purple React midsole, raised slightly with a substantial Air unit at the heel for optimal support and cushioning.
The Nike Air Max 270 React ENG “Black/Obisidian” will be available at Afew Store’s website on January 16, 3 a.m. EST for $177 USD.
