New Balance 577 Made in England Presents Colorful Suede Hues
Soft pastels and rich purples alike.

After releasing its 577 in a commemorative style for the Chinese New Year, New Balance has brought the classic runner back once again — this time with a colorful made-in-England construction. Combining high quality materials with soft pastel hues and rich dark tones, this lifestyle silhouette uses its bold palette to accent its classic shape.
Murky navy mesh is present on the toebox, tongue and collar, but quickly cedes space to a trifecta of powerful suede shades. The darkest of these is the aforementioned purple, which is used on both the mudguard and heel. Things are lightened up considerably on the quarter, which overlays yellow with a cool aqua blue, making for an appealing mix of pastels. On top of all this sits a dual-layered white N logo that places leather over felt for extra texture.
Tongues feature a fabric tag with a repeating New Balance text hit and an acknowledgement of the shoe’s UK-based construction. A grey heel clip helps keep the foot in place, and a two-tone grey/white ABZORB midsole offers signature cushioning. A black rubber outsole finalizes the stylings.
These bold New Balance 577s are available now at retailers like Oneness, and will hit the New Balance webstore in the coming days. The MSRP is set at $200 USD.
