A Man's Family Vanishes in Netflix's Latest Horror Film 'FRACTURED'
Another horror movie offering for this Halloween season.
Netflix and Session 9 director Brad Anderson revealed a new trailer for FRACTURED, a horror movie that has been released as part of its Netflix & Chills offering. In the footage above, Ray Monroe (Sam Worthington), his wife Joanne (Lily Rabe), and daughter Peri (Lucy Capri) are on a road trip when Peri is hurt in an accident and rushed to the nearest emergency room.
However, the staff appears to have dubious intentions, as after being sent away for further testing, Joanne and Peri vanish from the hospital alongside all records of their visit. “Ray’s concern turns into a desperate race to find his family and discover the truth of what happened to them,” according to the press release.
The film’s official poster also reveals the tagline that states “finding his family means finding the truth,” which could allude to Ray realizing his family has been gone for far longer than we’re meant to believe. FRACTURED was written by Alan B. McElroy, who has previously written for horror film franchises such as Halloween and Wrong Turn.
Check out FRACTURED when it premieres on Netflix on October 11.
