Kanye West‘s former New York City apartment is back on the market, after the rapper and YEEZY designer sold it back in 2018. The West Houston Street property — which is listed by CORE broker Emily Beare — was designed by Italian minimalist architect and designer Claudio Silvestrin and measures at 2,427 square-foot.

Stand-out features of the one-bed apartment include oversized windows offering views of the city, a monolithic stone kitchen island and a second stone island in the bathroom. Combined with the wooden walls and limestone flooring, the huge stone islands create an earthy color palette that contrasts the stark white walls of the space.
