'Jenkem' & Converse Strip Down the Jack Purcell Pro in New Collaboration
Stitched with “Look Alive” for a unique touch.
Jenkem and Converse CONS have teamed up to issue a collaborative take on the Jack Purcell Pro, stripping the silhouette down to a minimalistic black and white iteration. The sneaker’s distinct tongue design has been stitched with “Look Alive,” adding a unique touch with a phrase that’s close to the Jenkem brand DNA.
Leather underlays and suede overlays make up the upper, while a “Bone” white midsole offers a clean base. The insole brings out the most color, intending to evoke New York’s nightlife through prints of club flyers found around Brooklyn. Gold eyelets throughout and a gold embossed “Jenkem” logo on the sides round it all out.
