G FUEL Celebrates Mike Perry Collaboration with Super Smash Bros. Tournament in NYC
T-Pain and FaZe Temper showed up to compete.
Last week, energy drink G FUEL put on the ultimate gaming experience with a Super Smash Bros. tournament in New York City. Set inside Hotel 50 Bowery, the event invited guests to compete for a chance to win a pair of Off-White™ x Nike Air Presto sneakers. The evening also celebrated the launch of G FUEL’s collaboration with Brooklyn-based artist Mike Perry on a limited-edition raspberry-lemonade flavor of the brand’s signature product called HYPE SAUCE, which was on hand for guests to enjoy.
Gamers, influencers and friends of the brand turned up a nice crowd, including singer T-Pain and YouTuber FaZe Temper of FaZe Clan, who both competed in the tournament. Attendees were the first to get their hands on a HYPE SAUCE Collector’s Box and custom merch adorned in Perry’s trippy, colorful illustrations. At the end of the night, gamer Jimmy Sanchez was named the winner after beating out the competition.
