Following closely behind its ZX 4000 4D “I Want I Can” sneaker, adidas Originals has added a brand-new silhouette to its Torsion line that’s officially dubbed the Torsion X. Blending elements from the ’80s and ’90s-bred versions of the shoe, the brand has imagined the latest model with an all-black upper that’s popped with bright tones like “Hi-Res Yellow,” “Shock Pink” and “Active Blue.”

The Torsion X is crafted of textile and mesh panels in black, as well as a tonal 3-stripes logo and laces. It’s made with the label’s signature BOOST midsole, which adds heavy contrast with bold colorblocking in the shades of pink, yellow and blue, alongside “Easy Mint” and “Scarlet.” More of the “Shock Pink” is featured on the tongue patch to round it off.

Look out for the Torsion X to release starting on September 14 at adidas’ webstore. In the meantime, catch up on the brand’s latest campaign with OAMC starring Dev Hynes.
