Young Thug Releases New Version of "Ecstasy" with Machine Gun Kelly
A late addition to ‘So Much Fun.’
Last week, Young Thug served up his latest full-length studio project and album, So Much Fun. Made up of 19 new tracks, So Much Fun serves as the follow-up to Thugger’s 2018 EP On the Rvn and contains collaborations with J. Cole, Travis Scott, Lil Uzi Vert, Future, Quavo, Gunna, Juice WRLD, 21 Savage and more. Now, in an unusual move, Thugger is revisiting So Much Fun and reworking its tracklist by switching out the previous iteration of “Ecstasy” for a new version featuring Machine Gun Kelly.”
“Inside of my house look like Colombia, I love it / Bloody fingerprints on my fingers, you countin’ on us / Went from watching Goodfellas to keep it in the cupboard / Guns are just like pussy, pull it out, you better bust it,” Machine Gun Kelly raps for his contribution to “Ecstasy.” “I might be in traffic in rush hour like Chris Tucker / Lord, I keep that MC Hammer, no you cannot touch it / I might go on tour and f*ck a daughter and her mother / Pour some drank that’s red like Robitussin, ayy / If I get pulled over, put my coke inside your crack, yeah / We get home, I pop a pill and I’ll blow out your back, yeah / If I die today, like Makaveli, bring me back, yeah.”
You can listen to Young Thug’s new version of “Ecstasy” with Machine Gun Kelly above. Next up, Thugger is planning on releasing a studio album titled Punk.
