Swae Lee Announces New Solo Album
Dropping soon.

After sharing “Sextacy” and “Won’t Be Late” alongside Drake, Swae Lee has announced that a new solo album is coming. The rapper confirmed the news on Nick Cannon’s Power 106 radio show, saying, “I’m about to drop my album before tour.” He continues, “Me and Post Malone, we going on tour next month, like a whole U.S. tour, three-month tour. So I’m just putting out new music, rolling out right now.”
During the interview, the Rae Sremmurd member also touched on the beginnings of his collaboration with Posty, noting that that Malone just hit him “out of the blue.” He continues to praise his fellow artist and his easy-going vibe, explaining, “It’s so effortless, no-brainer.”
Lee and Malone will be joined by Tyla Yaweh for “The Runaway Tour,” kicking off in Washington this September. The trio will run through North America until late November, wrapping things up with a show at The Forum in Los Angeles.
