Fucking Awesome & adidas Skateboarding Tease Upcoming Collaboration (UPDATE)

UPDATE (September 6, 2019): adidas Skateboarding has granted a closer look at two of the collaborative sneakers. Offered in purple and orange iterations, the sneakers sport black soles and single-tone leather uppers, with glistening Fucking Awesome pins fastened below the vamp. Black eyelets grant the shoe a touch of contrast, ensuring the sleek silhouette remains mostly uninterrupted. Unfortunately, the company has not yet confirmed the official release date.

ORIGINAL STORY (August 30, 2019): Fresh off of releasing its Fall 2019 collection last weekend, Jason Dill‘s Fucking Awesome looks to be gearing up for another adidas collaboration.

Teased via adidas Skateboarding‘s official IG account, the post in question features a painting of a hand holding Fucking Awesome’s logo with adidas Originals‘ insignia located in the bottom right corner. The post is then simply captioned, “adidasskateboarding x @FuckingAwesome.” So far no other release notes or details have been shared, but keep it locked here for more details and photos when they surface.

The duo previously linked up with skater Na-Kel Smith back in 2018, and this appears to be another step towards an ongoing collaborative effort between the brands. Also earlier this summer, Dill and adidas released a collaborative Samba.
