Hot Toys Debuts Life-Sized "Proof That Tony Stark Has a Heart" Arc Reactor

After releasing an exclusive Stan Lee Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2 figure, Hot Toys has just unveiled its 1:1 life-sized ratio “Proof That Tony Stark Has a Heart” Arc Reactor.

Fans will recognize the Arc Reactor as the one Tony Stark created to help keep himself alive and power his suit of armor in the first Iron Man film. As part of Hot Toys’ Life-Size Masterpiece Series, Tony Stark’s Arc Reactor has been crafted with screen-accurate details and features diecast and copper wire material, two LED lighting modes which include light-on effect and breathing light effect, multi-layered metallic painting, and its ring engraved with the words “Proof That Tony Stark Has A Heart” as seen in the movie. The piece also comes with a custom base and display case. The item stands at 16 cm tall including the base.

The Arc Reactor was then humorously given to Stark as a desktop ornament by his then personal assistant Pepper Potts (played by Gwyneth Paltrow). Interested fans can purchase their own when it releases during the third or fourth quarter of 2020.

For fans of Marvel Studios, Avengers: Endgame directors Anthony and Joe Russo will participate in a nationwide “We Love You 3000” tour in celebration of the fans and Endgame’s in-home release. The tour will kick off on July 20 and end on August 24.
