The 720S Ride-On Kids Car Is an Affordable Way to Own a Real McLaren
Following the release of its P1 Ride-On.
For car enthusiasts with kids, McLaren is now adding a mini 720S to its Ride-On kid’s car series. Maintaining the look of the supercar, the car features functional dihedral doors, an infotainment system that comes complete with pre-loaded children’s songs, SD card slot and a USB port.
Electric powered, pressing on the accelerator not only moves the car but plays a simulated engine sound from the speakers. Additionally, the 720S Ride-On features working break lights and a remote control for parents to control where their kids are going. Despite being made for three- to six-year-olds, the McLaren 720S Ride-On also has enough power to move an average-sized adult.
Priced at £315 GBP (approximately $392 USD), the McLaren 720S Ride-On is available now in the brand’s trademark “Papaya Spark Orange” paint job at official McLaren locations. While the “Azores Orange,” “Belize Blue,” “Lantana Purple,” “Onyx Black,” “Mauvine Blue,” “Silica White,” and “Saros Grey” colorways will be available at select toy retailers.
