FMB DZ Drops a New Single & Visual, "Whou"
More new heat from the Detroit rapper.
Towards the beginning of this month, FMB DZ served up a Djuan Graves-directed music video for a new single known as “The Ride 2.” Now, swiftly following up that’s record release, the popular Detroit rapper is back with another new visual and single; this time around, FMB DZ links up with CT Films for a track titled “Whou.”
“Slick Rick, Ice Cube, a lil E-40, a lot of Detroit rap I came up on,” FMB DZ told XXL when asked about the rappers he grew up on and his early hip-hop heroes. “R.I.P. Blade [Icewood], free Street Lord Juan—they had a lot of influence on me. Shoutout Doughboyz [Cashout]. All Detroit music, for real.”
“I’ma keep it real, everybody that done accomplished something, that done broke records, that done got put on a pedestal, all that, that’s from where I’m from. They compare me to a lot of them. That be people opinion,” FMB DZ aded.
