A string of brands have worked with The Lion King this season in tandem with the movie’s live-action release, and now, UNIQLO UT is the latest to put its spin on a collaboration. The Summer 2019 capsule encompasses graphic T-shirts for men, women and children, utilizing popular phrases and imagery from the classic film.
Guided by the theme, “Circle of Life,” UNIQLO has printed the tees with various characters including Simba, Mufasa and Scar. Expressions like “Remember Who You Are” and “Ready to Rule” accompany the illustrations, while some editions of the top feature a chest pocket for an added detail. Colors include earth tones such as tan, black, stone grey and gold, reflecting similar shades that are threaded throughout the movie’s natural environment.
The Lion King x UNIQLO UT assortment is priced from $10 USD to $15 USD, and available now in UNIQLO stores and the brand’s website.
