Burna Boy Debuts Fifth 'African Giant' Single "Pull Up"
His next LP is scheduled to drop this Friday.
Last week, Burna Boy reconnected with Dave for the official music video in support of their collaborative single “Location.” Now, redirecting the focus back to the promotional campaign currently supporting his anticipated fourth studio album African Giant, the Nigerian star is serving up his upcoming project’s fifth major single, “Pull Up.” Past African Giant singles include records like “Dangote,” which received its own visual back in March.
“Most Americans don’t even understand what I’m saying in my records, but they pick up on the vibe, the vibration,” Burna Boy recently told Billboard, explaining the crossover appeal of his music. “Everything started from Africa, and so music started from Africa. It’s all going to come back to its roots eventually. When you hear our music, it resonates in the soul.”
“Nigerians love me a lot more now because they can see that the whole world likes me, too,” Burna Boy added. “They think I’m something special, but I’m not. I’m just a human whose skill is making music. Way I see it, everyone plays their own role in the world, and no role is more important than the other.”

Last month, Burna Boy unveiled a new music video for the previous African Giant single “Anybody.”
