Wealthy Elites Prey After Twelve Strangers in 'The Hunt' Trailer

Damon Lindelof, co-creator of Lost and the upcoming Watchmen adaptation for HBO has penned the upcoming horror film called The Hunt.
The trailer above is presented as an advertisement for a big game hunt provided for the rich and wealthy. However, with all their influence and boredom, they’ve forgone hunting animal and are instead preying on 12 random strangers in the woods in this The Most Dangerous Game-esque story.
The film stars Betty Gilpin (Netflix’s Glow) as one of the 12 strangers trapped in this place called the Manor. But soon, the hunters become the hunted as she begins going after the lead hunter played by Hilary Swank. The film also stars Ike Barinholtz and Emma Roberts.
Produced by Blumhouse Productions, The Hunt hits theaters September 27.
