ALLBLACK Debuts a New Video for His Best Summer Single Yet, "Little Miami"
“This for all the bosses and players. Men and women.”
Back in June, ALLBLACK linked up with Kossiko, StraightDropVanilla and Drew Banga for the Adrian Per-directed “304” video. Now, Oakland’s next legend-in-the-making is serving up another single for the summertime; reconnecting with “West Coast” producer Julia LEWiS, ALLBLACK brings us the most glorious and slickest debauchery on “Little Miami.” When it comes to the Bay Area’s current lineup of seasonally-appropriate hits for this year’s stretch of warmer months, you probably won’t find a better record by the time fall begins.
“This for all the bosses and players. Men and women. Shoutout Trigg,” ALLBLACK tells us. “Y’all know how it go down at Little Miami!”
“I don’t freestyle, and I’ve never freestyled or nothing. I’ve never even punched in — like with bars. Shout out to the people who do that, that’s a real talent,” ALLBLACK once explained to us, sharing some insight into the creative process that produces tracks like “Little Miami.” “When I write my music, my music is a diary … I just want to keep people in-tune with my story and keep it locked into my diaries. I’m still living life, I’m still going through ups and downs. Keep running your plays — that’s my whole thing. It’s going to be alright if you keep running your race.”
