Pyer Moss Readies the Reebok Experiment 3 "Triple White"
Former NCAA player Derrick Gordon models the kicks in a new video.
After releasing the Reebok by Pyer Moss Experiment 3 in “Pink” last month, the collaborators have returned with a chalky “Triple White” colorway of the high-top model. To coincide with the sneaker’s entrance into the Experiment range, Pyer Moss has unveiled the third video in its “Imma Ball Anyway” campaign, giving former college basketball player Derrick Gordon the spotlight in the new clip.
The one-minute film allows Gordon to share his unique experience of coming out as the first openly gay player in Division 1 basketball, which he revealed in 2014. “I found power in being my true authentic self,” he recalls while showing off the milky suede kicks throughout the spot. Like the others in the line, the “Triple White” edition is constructed with tonal rubber panels on the upper and features a co-branded asymmetrical zipper. A black “Reebok by Pyer Moss” emblem is stamped onto the collar to round it off with a contrasting logo hit.
