Young Thug has revealed that he’s dropping a new album in February of next year. In a recent interview with HipHollywood (viewable below) at the red carpet premiere for the Safdie Brothers new film Uncut Gems, Thugger shared that his upcoming album is slated to come early on in the new year.

“Yeah, I’m dropping an album in January—February,” Thugger shared when asked if fans can expect new material soon. Earlier this year the Georgia rapper confirmed that his next project, titled Punk, was in the works. In an interview with GQ, Thug claimed that the follow-up to So Much Fun would arrive “within two months.” He then took to touring alongside Machine Gun Kelly, as well as performing at a variety of festivals, seemingly leading him to push back the album’s release.
