The Design Unfolded Event Powered by Samsung Will Explore the Intersection of Fashion & Technology
A one-night-only interactive exhibition and panel discussion in NYC, featuring BYBORRE, Elliott Round and Jason Bolden.
Following a three-part series starring BYBORRE exploring the intersection of fashion and technology, Samsung is bringing that ethos to life with an event in New York City. Taking place on Thursday, December 19th, Design Unfolded will be an evening of interactive experiences, a panel discussion and music.
The one-night-only interactive exhibition invites attendees to explore how innovators, including the Amsterdam-based textile and design studio BYBORRE and London-based production company M—XR, are using advanced tools like 3D design, virtual and augmented reality and the Samsung Galaxy Fold to create meaningful change in the fashion industry. Driving conversation around the topic, the event will also bring together designer Borre Akkersdijk, creative technologist and co-founder of M—XR Elliott Round and creative director and co-founder of JSN Studio Jason Bolden for a panel discussion centered around what the future of fashion should look like and creating new standards for transparency and sustainability.
Design Unfolded will take place in New York City on Thursday, December 19th from 7-11 PM. You can RSVP and find more details about the event here.
