KITH's Rainbow-Tinged adidas TERREX Free Hiker Gets Release Date (UPDATE)
Two color-rich variations of the trek-ready shoe.
UPDATE (December 17, 2019): After emerging in multiple teaser shots, Ronnie Fieg and KITH‘s rainbow-tinged adidas TERREX Free Hiker finally receives an official release date.
Offered in both rainbow-tinged and blacked-out editions, both styles of the GORE-TEX-lined sneaker feature hits of iridescent multi-colored hues across the upper. Specifically, the monochrome Free Hiker boasts the bright accents on the heel clip and embroidered ghillie lace system. A Continental rubber lug outsole ensures maximum winter stability.
Expect both models to drop at all KITH shops and KITH’s online store this Friday, December 20.
The rest of the KITH Jackson collection, which includes adidas Terrex apparel, Oakley accessories, and a Capita snowboard, will also be releasing at all KITH stores and KITH’s online store this Friday.
UPDATE (December 13, 2019): After getting a sneak peek at the forthcoming GORE-TEX-equipped KITH x adidas TERREX Free Hiker earlier this week, Ronnie Fieg has now shared a closer look at the rainbow-tinged model.
The collaborative sneaker is dressed in all-black, while hits of iridescent rainbow hues accent the heel clip and embroidered gilly lace system. Additionally the model features a GORE-TEX lining, signature Continental outsole, BOOST midsole, and a ripstop upper.
The GORE-TEX-equipped KITH x adidas TERREX Free Hiker is available now at KITH’s Jackson Hole pop-up store, which runs until December 15.

Original Story (December 9, 2019): Frequent collaborators Ronnie Fieg and adidas are once again teaming up on a collaborative silhouette, this time using the latter’s TERREX model.
Teased via Fieg’s social media accounts, the forthcoming KITH x adidas TERREX is dressed almost entirely in a fan favorite all-black colorway from its GORE-TEX-infused upper to its BOOST-assisted midsole. Embellishing the heel is a reflective rainbow-tinged heel counter, which helps to elevate this technical silhouette. Coloful KITH branding can also be spotted on the sides, along with matching lace loops.
