Ahead of his collaborative Superstar sneaker launch with adidas Skateboarding, Blondey McCoy launches a special edition zine entitled Freedom Nineteen. One of the key visuals inside the publication includes snapshots of McCoy skateboarding with close-friend Sam Sitayeb through the streets of SoHo, London. The artist and pro rider also flaunts more looks of the low-top kicks. Topping off the aesthetic of the zine are hand-scribbled photo edits, annotations, and thoughts by McCoy such as “When I think about the spirit of skateboarding, I picture Mark Gonzales on a bike.”
Purchase a zine on Idea Now’s website or pick up a copy at Dover Street Market London for £10 (approx. $13 USD).

This is the back cover of the second ever @Thames publication, ‘FREEDOM NINETEEN!’. It chronicles the process of filming my new skate part of the same name, with pictures by @mikeomeally and scribbles by yours truly. See the inside of this magazine now on my never-ending story, and buy it from @idea.ltd. It will also be available from THAMESMMXX.com this Saturday, alongside my Superstar.
In case you haven’t peeped it yet, here are full shots of Blondey McCoy’s adidas Superstar sneaker that is set to release on December 14.
