New 'Ghost of Tsushima' Trailer Introduces the Titular Samurai
Coming Summer 2020.
PlayStation and Sucker Punch (Sly Cooper, InFamous) debuted a new trailer for the hotly anticipated samurai title Ghost of Tsushima at The Game Awards, alongside an official release window for 2020. In the trailer above we follow Jin Sakai, the sole survivor of Tsushima Island, which burned down during the Mongol empire’s campaign to conquer the East. Now Sakai has set aside the traditions of the samurai in order to conduct his revenge properly and follow a new path as a titular Ghost.
Ghost of Tsushima was initially announced back in 2017, with little to no details following aside from a gameplay trailer at E3 in 2018. The title serves as an action-adventure that combines sword fighting and stealth combat in a 13th century-inspired feudal Japan.
Check out the footage above, and grab Ghost of Tsushima when it arrives during Summer 2020 for PlayStation 4.
