Schnayderman's Debuts Geographical-Inspired "You Are Here" SS20 Collection
Filled with references to geography, astrology & heat maps.
Swedish label Schnayderman’s has returned with its Spring/Summer 2020 collection, basing the range around the theme of “You Are Here.” Explaining the concept, the brand’s creative director Hampus Bernhoff added that the label “wanted to embrace the idea of being in the now whilst navigating through the constant motions of life and to try to shift the focus to where we stand rather than where we’re going.”
The collection’s theme is referenced through GPS slogans, which appear on colorful shirts throughout. Elsewhere, the collection features a boxy overshirt and trouser set with hand-painted splash effects, while there are also stripes, checks and more eye-catching patterns referencing astrological charts and heatmaps.
The SS20 collection sees Schnayderman’s return to its shirting roots, with these pieces being the focal point. Additionally, the capsule includes sweatshirts, denim jackets and lightweight outerwear.
